I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the Prayer Request and Praise Reports Tab at the top of this page. I would normally be posting the next post in the series “Prayer”. I have just yesterday ended the part of this series about the Ark, Noah and all that happened to him. I had started the series on Prayer from Adam and Eve and the first prayer, carried it forward until I did The Ark and Noah part. It was most interesting and I will tell you I learned volumes! I am so thankful God has me on this journey of discovery and learning.
Now, as I said, I would normally be posting the next in the series. However, I would like to introduce you to the Prayer Request Form, Prayer Request Tab and the Praise Report Tab. I believe we are to pray for others. The Bible tells us to pray for each other.
Some folks have already taken advantage of having others pray for them. There are several Prayer Requests out there already. If you choose to place a prayer request on the website, you click on the Prayer Request Form Tab (or click this link to be taken to the Prayer Request Form) and fill in the necessary blanks. You can remain anonymous if you choose. Once you submit your prayer request you will be listed in the list on the Prayer Requests Tab (click the link to see the Prayer Request List). When someone prays for you – me, my family or friends or anyone that goes to the Prayer Requests Tab, you will receive an email saying that you were prayed for. Anyone can go to the Prayer Request Tab and pray for anyone on the list. When they pray for someone, they just click the green button labeled “I Prayed For You”. An email will be sent when they pray for someone and click the green button. In the email that is sent there is a link. The link is used when whomever receives the email has a Praise to report when something has occurred for the prayer request that has been submitted.
I was so excited to find this feature and have it available to be utilized by folks that love to pray for others. I was raised in a family that prayed. My father and mother taught us kids how to pray and talk to God. Just to be real with Him, that is what He wants. Jesus prayed for his disciples and you know what I believe…. If Jesus did it, it must be important. So, I have this resource for anyone to use. Like I said, when leaving a prayer request, you can remain anonymous if you choose. No one will ever know who submitted the request. It will just be listed as Anonymous. I hope you feel free to use this valuable tool. I love to pray for people. I know there are many, many needs out there and I believe prayer is our most powerful tool here on earth that we can use in our Christian walk with our Lord and Savior!.
With that said, I will close this post for now. Remember, God loves you so very much! He calls you His beloved!
